I. Included in the hunt:
Six days of hunting (Monday thru Saturday)
Pick-up at Peace River airport
All transportation during the hunt
Food and lodging during the hunt
Skinning and preparation of trophy for departure
II. Not included in the price of the hunt:
License and kill tags
Tanning, taxidermy, and/or shipping of trophy
Additional activities, such as fishing, varmint/bird hunting, etc.
Gratuities for hired personnel
Guaranteed harvests!!
III. Costs associated to the hunt:
6-day hunt: $3,000.00 U.S. funds
License and tags pre-purchased by Outfitter: $125.00 U.S. funds
Extra hunting days: $400.00 per day
Extra camp only days: $250.00 per day
IV. Payment and reservation of hunt:
A $1,200.00 U.S. deposit will be needed to hold any hunt. Deposit is due by January 1st of the year of the hunt. Of this $800.00 will be non-refundable.
A second payment of $800.00 will be due by March 31st.
The remainder of the cost to be paid to the outfitter upon arrival, before starting your outdoor experience.
Non-refundable amounts are not re-fundable, although they may be transferred to another hunter or to a later date hunt as long as arrangements are made prior to January 1st.
Client acceptability and risk:
The area in which I will hunt has been selected by the outfitter for its interests, challenge, and game resources, in order to meet my expectations. I am fully capable of participating in this trip and am willing to assume the risk of injury/fatality as my responsibility.
It is essential that I will follow all lawful directions and advice of the outfitter/guide at all times.
It must be recognized that any hunting activity is potentially dangerous.
I will not hold the outfitter responsible for any injury/fatality that may occur or any expenses arising therefrom.
I hereby accept all terms and conditions of the hunting experience including liability and risk.
